WARRANTY


All Electrical Products Come With A 5 years Warranty from the date of the purchase.

 

Please save your receipt as a proof of date of purchase.

The defective items must be processed using Royale’s warranty policy.

 

Step 1: In order for us to process your warranty please fill out our Product Registration Form.

 

Step 2:Then please select one of three possible options to insure you are shipped a new replacement item. As time passes by Royale has achieved a prestigious position in hair tools and hair products brands around the world. As a result of our success, it has come to our attention that there are unauthorized online sellers of Royale hair products online. Royale cannot verify the authenticity of products sold by any unauthorized online sellers and as such these sellers may be distributing counterfeit products claiming to be authentic Royale products. We recommend that any online buyer be sure that he or she is in fact purchasing from an authorized online seller. If you do not buy from an authorized online seller, Royale will not honor the five year or lifetime warranty.

  • If you select Option 2 you must upload a picture of your product with the power cord cut at the base where the cord meets your product, and upload picture of the receipt.
  • If you select Option 3 you must upload a picture of your product with the power cord cut at the base where the cord meets your product.
